Mercedes Benz has gone through a lot of recent and relentless expansion in recent years. The automaker now seems to ready to ax out some of the models based on the comments made by the company’s US Chief.
Speeks has mentioned as many as 7 Benz models are likely to be dropped from the Mercedes’ US lineup. Even though the US chief for Mercedes Benz has not mentioned any specific models it is likely that the company plans to axe out the coupe and convertible version of the C, E, and S-Class.
The latest news comes as the Mercedes’s parent company looks to reduce costs and aimes to help fund the development of electrification and self-driving technology. Along with that the company also wishes to insulate itself from the effects of the pandemic as well.
